We begin 2024 by renewing our commitment to the Environment and sustainable development at this key moment full of challenges four our environment and the future, convinced of the importance of active work, and reflecting it in our new corporate image.
Our gummed paper tape has been produced for decades from renewable raw materials certified with the PEFC and FSC seals and our processes are developed through an Integrated Quality and Environment Management system based on UNE-ISO standards, as well as commitment policies with the Chain of Custody. In our journey, we continue to incorporate measures into our processes to minimize impacts, optimizing recycling to the maximun, while improving our operational efficiency.
In line with this continued commitment and the dynamics of the company, some changes in the corporate structures of our group mean that, as of January 2024, Ibergum has become Ibergum Eco, within the Ibergum SA group. This circumstance will not change the relationship with clients and suppliers, nor the operational dynamics of the company, although it represents a declaration of environmental responsibility and a step forward in our already long history, that goes back to 1958.
Throughout this time we have been very clear that the future of a company advances determined by the work and commitment of the people who make up the staff and and dedicate their knowledge and their best efforts to achieving common objectives.
Therefore, launching a new name and corporate image, we want to take the opportunity to thank all the staff at Ibergum, now Ibergum Eco, for their dedication, their professionalism and their effort in achieving the company’s objectives, and specially for their achievements in this area of sustainability and respect for our environment. By their side we reinforce the expectations that drive this project that, for so many years, remains in force, growing, improving and filling us with enthusiasm. Thank you very much to all.
